Anna Leppinen

Intern Therapist, MACP Candidiate

Having her first experience with therapy at the age of 8, Anna feels most comfortable and fluid in the therapeutic space. Prioritizing and providing a warm and compassionate space, where individuals can show up exactly as they are is of the utmost importance to Anna. She believes that compatibility and comfortability with ones therapist is paramount when selecting the right therapist for you, as this greatly impacts the value of the experience the client will take away from a session. Through the use of an empathetic space, Anna encourages clients to explore their individuality, including but not limited to their value systems, belief systems, and the meanings ascribed to different aspects of life. Through collaborative dialogue, Anna seeks to offer the opportunity for clients to work through problematic thought patterns, behaviours, and trauma while feeling valued and validated.
