Urgent Care and Crisis Support

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or needs urgent support, please call 988 (Canada’s Suicide Crisis Helpline) or go to your nearest emergency room or mental health walk-in clinic. 

For ongoing care following inpatient or outpatient treatment, reach out to us—we can help connect you with the right support.
