Lianne's Credentials & Training
Get to Know Lianne
Lianne is solar-powered and loves to be in or on water. In her down time you may find her paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, water-skiing, canoeing, or searching for dolphins ! With a passion for books and a lifelong love of learning, Lianne spends many a happy hour with her grandson reading, making smoothies, and “tromping through the forest”! She plays on frozen water also, coaching skating a few hours each week. Knitting, time with friends and family, piano, community theatre, the Leafs (please, just once before I die!), and the Jays round out her interests.

What to Expect in Your First Session
Your therapy is uniquely yours. I aim to be supportive of you and your goals. I will listen attentively to what brings you to therapy and hear more about your path and the skills, strengths, capabilities, and idiosyncrasies that you have collected and developed along the way.
Whether we have only one session together or years of “as needed” sessions, I will offer an objective and safe space for your musings, concerns, and questions. I will never decide what actions you should take. I will bring my experience, education, ideas and curiosities to the table so we can collaboratively consider options that may serve you.
