Talisa Haskins specializes in supporting adults facing anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. With a calm, client-centered approach, Talisa helps individuals navigate overwhelm, reconnect with themselves, and find meaningful change. Drawing from modalities like ACT, IFS, and CBT, she meets each client where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Outside of her clinical work, Talisa is a lifelong learner and adventurer at heart. She enjoys kayaking, traveling, reading, and soaking in time with loved ones.
