Do you ever feel stuck in the same patterns—whether in relationships, work, or the way you talk to yourself? Maybe you find yourself replaying painful experiences or feeling disconnected from the people around you. It can be exhausting trying to move forward when you’re unsure how.

Kylie works with individuals struggling interpersonally or feeling weighed down by past experiences. Her approach focuses on helping you recognize strengths you have, while becoming more aware of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, you’ll work toward understanding these patterns with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for growth, resilience, and authentic connections with yourself and others.

Patricia’s Credentials & Training

Get to Know Kylie

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Kylie brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine approach to her work. With a proud Jewish-Canadian background, she values community, connection, and authenticity—qualities that guide both her life and her practice. Kylie’s love for travel and discovering new cultures has shaped her appreciation for diverse perspectives and the many ways people find meaning in their lives

When she’s not in session, you can often find Kylie walking her three Australian Labradoodles, relaxing by the beach with a podcast, or swimming when the weather’s right. Although she loves being outdoors, she’ll admit that she could do without the snow. She treasures time spent with friends over good conversation—and a comforting bowl of pasta. Kylie brings this groundedness into her sessions, creating a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.

What do I do?

The success of therapy is all about the fit between client(s) and therapist. We recommend you start with a free 20-minute connection call, where you can meet one or more of our therapists by video to talk about your needs and preferences.
