Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you are just frozen? Maybe you can see what you need to move towards, but everything feels so hard, so you just keep scrolling. Your body also probably feels pretty heavy. Like there is this weight that is holding you where you are. Pressure, pain, frustration towards yourself for not doing more.
I specialize in helping people just like you get unstuck. What’s happening to you is a natural response to an unnatural stressor. We’re not meant to be doing things all the time, and when we have to, our bodies can start to freeze us as a way of trying to keep us safe.
Working together, I can help you teach your body what is safe, and what is not safe, helping it to recognize that it doesn’t need to stay frozen.

Patricia’s Credentials & Training
Get to Know Patricia
Born and raised in a big, loud Italian-Canadian family in Southern Ontario, Patricia has always valued the power of community and meaningful connections. Her love for exploring new places, savoring delicious foods (pizza, pasta, gelato...oh my!), and spending time with loved ones reflects her belief that life is best lived with curiosity and connection—values that fuel her work as a therapist.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find Patricia soaking up the sun in the outdoors with a cup of coffee in one hand and her dog’s leash in the other. A true lifelong learner, she’s passionate about discovering new perspectives—whether through worldwide travel, reading, or simply enjoying time with family and friends. She loves to laugh and have fun, bringing creativity and playfulness into her everyday life whether through baking, playing games, or attending concerts. Patricia brings her values of exploration, playfulness, and connection into every session to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and ready to grow.

What to Expect in Your First Session
Patricia understands that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process. That’s why your first session will focus on building a solid foundation of understanding you. She takes a biopsychosocial approach, exploring who you are beyond the therapy room—your values, strengths, interests, relationships, daily routines, and past experiences.

She believes you are the expert on your own life and welcomes your feedback on the therapeutic process. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve had past experiences, she wants to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what your best hopes are for moving forward. Combining your unique lived experience with her expertise in psychology and mental health, Patricia takes a collaborative approach to setting meaningful goals by the end of the first session and tailors future sessions to best support your growth and healing.
