As the year winds down, take a moment to pause and reflect. Here are two simple practices to help you close out 2025 and step into 2026 with intention:


1. Make a “26-Item List”

  • One item for each letter of the alphabet.

  • Mix easy wins (“B – Bake something I love”) with bigger goals (“M – Make peace with a past mistake”).

  • Focus on actions that help you reset, refresh, and feel lighter.


2. Choose a Word for 2026

  • Your word can be a mantra, a goal, or an energy you want to carry forward.

  • It’s a guiding reminder for your choices and actions in the year ahead.


Take a little time this December to reflect, set intentions, and welcome the new year with clarity and excitement.
