How to Prioritize Your Mental Health

While the current economic climate feels particularly challenging, financial stress itself isn’t new. Many people live paycheque to paycheque. When unexpected expenses pop up, it can feel like you’re never going to catch a break. Adding in regular self-care like therapy? It may start to feel out of reach.
